Thierry Levy: San Francisco, California, United States; I am an IT entrepreneur and part-time NSCA-certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience coaching athletes over 40. Fitness has been a life-long passion that I have been trying to reconcile with the constraints of a busy professional life. I never believed that either cardio or weight-training alone were the answer. So I have always complemented resistance training with cardio-conditioning (essentially by riding my bicycle on a daily basis). This kind of routine, known today as "cross-training", combined with proper nutrition, is the key to staying fit and healthy way beyond your 30's.
